Worcestershire Sauce
A Pantry filler 500mls or a handy 250ml bottle. It has been said it's 'the best worcestershire sauce in the world'.
We have only ever had this homemade one so can't comment on that, but it is the most versatile sauce, a must on sushi, veges, meats, in marinades, eggs, stews, it adds a flavour punch to most things. A true must in the pantry most would say. Vegans will be happy this does not contain anchovies so is vegan friendly.

Ingredients - plums, vinegar, brown sugar, treacle, garlic, spices and salt.
