It’s time for another update from Shandy’s

What's been happening

Shandy's has had a very busy summer and autumn with all the markets, fetes, A&P days and shows. We would like to thank everyone involved in these various events from committees, organisers, volunteers, the general public and of course our customers, everyone contributes to make these days successful so Thanks from Shandy's HQ.

Andy has been getting out to where our sauces are stocked for tastings, which has been going really well. These include Vege Direct Shops, Cranford Street, Mairehau Road and Woodend, also Avida Good Friends on Whiteleigh Street. West Meats on Blenheim Road is next in the diary to enjoy our delicious sauces.

At home

Here at Shandy's HQ we have been busy making all our products and throughout the spring/summer we have custom made all our display set ups for the various events which range from 2m by 2m to 5m by 10m to ensure we utilise the spaces we pay for and to convey our story to those that walk by. We also try to do all the photography that is used in our social media and promotional material so there has been the odd photoshoot, which Andy loves, NOT. We also have been winterising the gardens, fine tuning our cheese making, also looking at more ways to become self-sufficient, with herbs, flowers and alternative ways to grow things in our climate. With the odd tree chopped down in between, after 10 years we are still tidying up our property.
