Bliss Balls (simple ingredients, simple to make, healthy snack, no sugar)

Ingredients

1/2 c whole almonds

14 dates, soaked

2 Tablespoons cocoa

2 Tablespoons peanut butter

2 Tablespoons water (I use the water from the soaked dates)

2 Tablespoons coconut (I usually end up using more than this)

Method 

Whizz all ingredients together except coconut, roll into balls in coconut. 

Keep refridgerated.

And that's it, delicious adjust ingredients to your liking.
