Cream Cheese

Ingredients

1L of natural yogurt (I make ours at home)

1/4 to 1/2 tsp of non ionized salt

Method

Put in a clean muslin cloth or cheese cloth, I used a cotton tea towel 

Mix in gently about 1/4 - 1/2 tsp of non ionized salt 

Tie up cloth. Hang over a bowl over night in a cool location, under 20°

Put in a container and refrigerate
